1. 1 Bills sit beside your transactions Same tab, third segment
2. 2 Nothing recurring yet Add bill starts one
3. 3 Name the bill What you would call it out loud
4. 4 What it takes, and how often Monthly is the default
5. 5 File it like any other spending It counts against the same budget
6. 6 On the record from now on It shows up before it is due
